High School Laxotology

This weeks Lacrosse line-up is going to make for some incredible games. We will be predicting all the action here on our cannons blog.

In the East Division 1 quarterfinals we have Duxbury over Marshfield, Billerica over Needham, St. John’s Prep taking care of Barnstable and Lincoln-Sudbury beating Masconomet.

In the East Division 2 we have North Andover beating Winchester and moving on to face top-seeded Hingham. In other action we have Walpole over Reading, Concord Carlisle beating Beverly, and Wellesley upsetting Medfield.

Finally in the East Division 3 tournament we have heavily favored Cohasset beating Austin Prep, Dover Sherborn over Hamilton Wenham, Weston over Arlington Catholic, and Archbishop Williams advancing over Norwell.

Moving to the Central Division Tournament we have two exciting semi-final matches. First we have Groton-Dunstable over Wachusett then Algonquin upsetting St. John’s, creating a showdown at Foley Stadium between the Crusaders and the Tomahawks for the Central Championship.

The West Division will provide for some great games the rest of the tournament. We have South Hadley over Minnechaug and West Springfield over Longmeadow.

Good Luck to all the teams left in the postseason tournaments and be sure to stay tuned for next rounds predictions.
